Before Aspen Square took over 7100 Roswell Road NE and renamed it The Reserve at Ridgewood, the property was called The Magnolia at Sandy Springs (at least since August of 2009, when we moved in).
Back then, The Magnolia was managed by The Lynd Company until September of 2010. Next, McKinley, Inc. had a go at managing the property from September 2010 until April 2011, which was when Aspen Square arrived.
Unaware that I would need a megablog to document my experiences here at 7100 Roswell Road NE, I started one blog for The Lynd Company, and moved to a second blog just for McKinley.
